"Got what I ordered"
Ordered shoes and a hoodie from SVP Sports. Everything showed up right. Sizes, colours, all good. Shipping was a bit slow, but not a big deal. I’d order again if the price is right.

I opened these shoes expecting them to be just okay, but wow, they actually looked great right out of the box and feel really solid. For the price, the quality kind of blew me away. The only tiny tragedy was the box showing up a bit beat up, so I had to take off one star for that little shipping drama

"Never heard back"
I contacted svpsports.ca customer service about an issue with my order and just got nothing useful back. I waited around for what felt like a week or so, checking my email a few times, but there was never a proper update.

I totally get that companies get busy, especially when they probably have tons of orders to deal with, but even a quick “we’re looking into it” would’ve helped. The whole thing was frustrating, and after that experience, I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

At first I thought, okay, delays happen, no big deal. But then weeks went by and I was like, seriously? Waiting that long for a refund was really frustrating and not a great experience.

I’ve had a good experience shopping at SVP Sports. They’ve got a solid selection, especially if you’re looking for shoes or athletic clothing, and I noticed a few brands I don’t usually come across in other stores. The only annoying part was that some sizes were sold out, which feels preventable if they kept on top of stock a bit better. Still, there was enough to choose from, and I’d probably shop there again

The tracking emails came through quickly, so I did know where my order was most of the time. That part was helpful. I just wish the communication was a little clearer, because some of the updates felt vague and left me guessing a bit.

I was assuming the return would be quick since most places seem to follow the same basic process, but this one felt a little stricter than I expected. The return did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. Overall, it worked out, just more annoying than it needed to be.

I went to SVP Sports and the prices were really good, which was nice. The store itself was okay, but it felt a little messy in some spots. A few aisles had stuff on the floor, and the shoes were kind of scattered around. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it really could use some extra cleaning and organizing. Overall, it was fine, just not the cleanest shopping trip.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were listed as in stock, but I was half expecting a cancellation email because that happens so often, right? But nope, they shipped out without any issues and I got exactly the pair I picked. It was just really nice to see the website inventory actually match what they had available.
